Stanford Family Medicine

Faculty Practice:
The Center’s program faculty has two practice sites which provide substantial teaching. One site, Stanford Family Medicine , is on campus in the Hoover Pavilion. Residency faculty have two practice sites, the O'Connor Family Medicine Residency Program for both resident and faculty patients and a faculty practice site initiated because of the need for tightly managed care in the present practice environment.

Center Partnerships:
The Center has many collaborative partnerships which include internal multidisciplinary programs and many community organizations, practices, clinics and hospitals which conduct educational activities. These include the Stanford-South Bay AHEC (Health Education and Training Center), Foothill College and San Jose State University which assist in sponsoring the Primary Care Associate Program, and the Stanford Minority Center of Excellence.
